Cancellation and Refund Policy

RURAL KITES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the process of working on them.
  • In case you feel that the plantation updates shown on the site are not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the updates. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding the quality of plants planted at their respective locations, the RURAL KITES team will go to the location to ensure if the complaints are correct and then will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any refunds approved by RURAL KITES, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
  • In case of any refund, it will be credited to the original payment method in 5-7 working days.
